Scrum Master

About the role

The Scrum Master will guide, coach and support Nestlé’s digital program, ensuring Agile practices are followed and website services are delivered with high quality. Working as the main facilitator between business units, agencies, IT and the website optimisation team, you will help the team achieve its goals on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and ensure Scrum theory, practice and guidelines are followed.
• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Support a cross‑functional team of 25 specialists (content editors, developers, SEO, analytics, etc.) in backlog maintenance, user‑story writing and defect resolution.
• Promote transparency and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, standardise tools and best practices, and increase team velocity.
• Manage relationships with business partners to exceed service expectations.

Required profile

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching abilities.
• 1‑2 years experience as a Scrum Master in a web‑development or agile environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across multiple hierarchy levels and remote multicultural teams.
• Project management competence and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent training.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

• Azure DevOps (or similar) for project management.
• Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
