Scrum Master (Hybrid) – Philippines

About the role

Directio is a global IT services company delivering cloud‑based and mobile applications. The Scrum Master will support a French client that manufactures glasses, helping improve vision quality for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and ensure they are time‑boxed and outcome‑focused.
• Remove impediments, coach the team on Agile values, and promote self‑organization and cross‑functionality.
• Partner with the Product Owner to keep the backlog prioritized, clear, and aligned with business goals.
• Track sprint progress using JIRA, generate reports on velocity and delivery health, and maintain project documentation.
• Support risk management, encourage continuous improvement, and help scale Agile practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, 2 days remote).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
• Familiarity with .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies to understand technical discussions.
• Strong English communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

What we offer

• Salary of 75,000 PHP per month.
