SAP Security Consultant – Team Lead (Hybrid, Manila)

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to lead a team delivering secure SAP environments for global clients. The role is based in Manila with a hybrid work arrangement, supporting transformation programs across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW and other modules.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement SAP Security solutions that meet business and compliance requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access controls.
• Administer SAP GRC and IDM platforms, providing access governance and compliance reporting.
• Manage security incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support SAP Security implementations, testing, cut‑over, and hyper‑care activities.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP Security experience.
• Experience supporting at least two SAP applications (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HR).
• Strong knowledge of SAP role design, authorization concepts, GRC, and IDM administration.
• Proven ability to produce access‑governance, audit, and compliance reports.
• Experience in project or operations environments delivering SAP Security solutions.
