SAP SD Professional Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Consulting practice in Makati. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution solutions, helping clients maximise the value of their SAP investments across finance, sales and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, including roll‑out, upgrade and post‑go‑live support for SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Conduct business needs analysis, identify improvement opportunities and define the “To‑Be” processes and solution requirements.
• Co‑develop deployment strategies, roadmaps and performance measurement frameworks.
• Execute change management activities for large‑scale, multi‑site ERP transformations.
• Collaborate with pursuits teams to win new work, build proposals and support tender processes.
• Resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness and coach junior staff in their development.
• Analyse complex proposals, use data‑driven insights to shape recommendations and communicate concise, impactful messages.
• Uphold PWC’s code of ethics and business conduct throughout all engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
