SAP Integration Developer (CPI & APIM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise‑level integration and API solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will create scalable integration flows, secure APIs, and enable seamless connectivity between SAP and non‑SAP systems while adhering to SAP Clean Core and API‑first principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration flows in SAP CPI following Clean Core guidelines.
• Build resilient, scalable integrations with error handling, retry mechanisms, and monitoring.
• Develop and manage API proxies, products, and advanced policies in SAP API Management.
• Write Groovy/JavaScript scripts for data transformations, validations, and performance tuning.
• Integrate event‑driven scenarios using SAP Event Mesh.
• Apply API‑first design with strong security (OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT, certificates).
• Collaborate with architects to ensure cloud‑compliant, high‑performance designs.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor integration flows and APIs for high availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP CPI integration development.
• Proven expertise with SAP API Management policies (throttling, quota, security, traffic management).
• Strong knowledge of security standards such as OAuth2.0, SAML, SSL, API keys, and certificates.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in multi‑disciplinary environments.
