SAP Functional Consultant – S/4HANA Conversions

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Functional Consultant to support legacy SAP system conversions to SAP S/4HANA and other end‑to‑end implementations. The role involves business analysis, configuration, testing and client workshops, with occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support for SAP module conversions to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend delta designs.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for conversion tools and project implementations.
• Execute system configuration required for S/4HANA migrations.
• Lead testing activities and resolve defects during conversion projects.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, potentially abroad.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a SAP ERP Logistics/Supply Chain functional consultant.
• Understanding of integration points with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PM modules.
• Willingness to travel internationally for on‑site consulting and training.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
