SAP FICO Senior Consultant (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

EY GDS Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling to join its leadership group. The role involves driving SAP FICO implementations, integrating finance modules with other SAP components, and supporting the growth of EY's service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementations and support activities, including integration with MM, SD, HR and PS modules.
• Analyse business and technical requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP Finance components.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP FICO, including at least one full implementation.
• Proficiency in Japanese (minimum N3 level) for client‑facing communication.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• SAP FICO configuration and design.
• FI integration with MM, SD, HR, and PS modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance – Central Finance and implementation tools/methodologies.
