SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead and support finance processes within our fast‑growing business area. The role focuses on end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) activities, tax compliance and integration with procurement and sales modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support R2R processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, period‑end closing and financial reporting.
• Configure and manage Withholding Tax (EWT) using ATC codes and ensure tax and statutory reporting aligns with Philippines regulations.
• Maintain compliance with BIR CAS accreditation requirements and prepare statutory reporting formats.
• Handle integration between FI and MM/SD modules for Procure‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash flows.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution and cut‑over activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, tax teams and external consultants to achieve compliance readiness.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience.
• At least one to two SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes and FI integration with MM and SD.
• Exposure to Philippines BIR compliance (CAS, EWT) – preferred.
• Experience with BIR CAS demonstration and approval is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with statutory reporting, DRC and multi‑country rollouts is a plus.
