SAP Developer (Full Stack)

About the role

Lycopodium is looking for a Full‑Stack SAP Developer to join its Manila office. You will work on designing, developing, testing and deploying SAP solutions that support a range of business processes across the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 solutions.
• Build and maintain user‑friendly SAP Fiori applications.
• Develop integrations between SAP and third‑party systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related tools.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• SAP certification in ABAP, Fiori or related technologies.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an SAP Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5 and JavaScript.
• Experience creating custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms and workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP workflow tools (Build Process Automation / Workflow Management).
• Experience with Eclipse‑based ADT or SAP HANA Studio is a plus.
• Exposure to BAS, SAP S/4HANA extensions, cloud‑native development, and SAP CPM/PS modules.
