SAP BTP Datasphere Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Datasphere Architect to design, develop, and govern enterprise‑grade data solutions on SAP Datasphere within the SAP Business Technology Platform. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence twice a week in Taguig City.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures using SAP Datasphere.
• Define, document, and manage business and stakeholder requirements for reporting, analytics, and data delivery.
• Translate requirements into architectural designs and communicate solution approaches to technical and business teams.
• Oversee SAP development work, ensuring dataflows, datasets, and pipelines meet governance and best‑practice standards.
• Enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies while optimizing datasets.
• Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on data modeling, architecture patterns, and SAP Datasphere implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere and the SAP BTP ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, warehousing, and modeling principles.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise‑scale data pipelines and integrations.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization in cloud‑based data platforms.
• Experience reviewing and supervising technical development work in SAP environments.
• Preferred: experience in large‑scale SAP transformation or cloud migration, SAP Analytics Cloud, master data management, and Agile delivery.
