Sanitary Wares Sales Officer

About the role

The Sanitary Wares Sales Officer reports to the AVP of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for driving sales of new growth products in the sanitary wares segment. The role combines product assessment, procurement, and strategic sales planning to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned new‑growth sanitary wares products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Oversee procurement, importation and production of these products.
• Lead mid‑ and long‑term portfolio strategy, stock policy and demand planning.
• Specify product details for local and export customers.
• Coordinate with FGW and QA on stock reservation and quality assurance.
• Prepare pre‑pro‑forma invoices for export orders and process customer requirements.
• Work with the Purchasing Officer to collect payments and dispatch orders.
• Review weekly stock positions and raise purchase requisitions for critical items.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for new growth products.
• Monitor competitive activities, manage budget and trade spend, and produce monthly KPI reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Marketing or related business fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong selling, negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
