Salesperson - General Trade (GT)

About the role

The General Trade Salesperson will expand Dayabumi’s presence at the community level in Camarines Sur. You will build product trial, awareness and organic demand across the GT network before modern‑trade conversion. Performance‑based incentives and allowances are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores daily, complete call sheets, record sales and geotag updates.
• Onboard new GT stores and increase the active store count to meet KPI targets.
• Take orders, verify stock availability and coordinate deliveries with Logistics.
• Collect payments following SOPs and remit them to Staff Admin on schedule.
• Execute in‑store visibility and promotional activities to drive trial and repeat purchases.
• Monitor competitor pricing and activities at the store level.
• Maintain accurate customer records and flag problem accounts.
• Report daily visit and sales results.

Required profile

• High school diploma (college education in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus).
• At least 1 year of field sales, merchandising or route sales experience; FMCG/baby‑care experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle for route coverage (gas allowance provided).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with store owners.
