Salesforce Technical Lead (Manager)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business units. You will act as a bridge between client requirements and technical implementation, ensuring best‑practice architecture and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit client requirements and translate them into technical solutions that can scale.
• Define granular solution design based on user needs and agreed technical architecture.
• Direct technical activities, manage workload and timelines for the development team.
• Collaborate with the Functional Lead to align solution design with Salesforce and industry best practices.
• Liaise daily with the client’s Technical Lead and oversee the development cadence.
• Assign build tasks, mentor developers, and provide hands‑on guidance.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications, including Visualforce, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Maintain security, integrity, and release management of the application software.
