Salesforce Pod Lead – Admin & Development (50/50)

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Pod Lead who will split their time evenly between administration and light development. The role combines team leadership with hands‑on technical work to deliver high‑quality solutions for our healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small Salesforce team, delegate tasks and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Design, develop and maintain secure, dynamic business solutions on the Force.com platform.
• Create data dictionaries, application flow charts and technical documentation.
• Define technical specifications that meet business requirements for custom applications.
• Participate in an Agile, structured SDLC environment, performing unit and integration testing.
• Develop distributed integrations between Salesforce and proprietary enterprise applications.
• Escalate and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of expected deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration.
• Minimum 1 year of Apex development experience.
• Ability to work US daytime hours and handle a 50/50 split between admin and development tasks.
