About the role

Join Accenture's Health & Public Service practice to help healthcare payer and provider clients transform their operations using Salesforce Health Cloud. You will work with a global network of experts to deliver personalized patient outcomes and drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage client deliveries, reporting and dashboarding.
• Monitor, update, communicate and implement project plans.
• Engage with client leadership to understand opportunities and define solutions.
• Track financials and resources at the program level.
• Lead governance activities for new workstreams.
• Serve as liaison among clients, technical teams and multiple workstreams.
• Produce thought‑leadership assets and share best practices.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and payer/provider value chains.
• Experience in stakeholder management and senior‑level client engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Proven team and program management abilities.
• Cross‑cultural competence and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
