Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & AI

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a high‑impact project for a Care organization that is migrating to a new Salesforce Service Cloud instance. The role focuses on enhancing the agent experience through automation, AI‑driven insights, and advanced Service Cloud features.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud for case management via email, chat, and web forms.
• Implement and support Enhanced Chat (Live Agent/Messaging) functionality.
• Develop and deploy Apex solutions, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, services, and utilities.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows to automate business processes.
• Integrate Data Cloud with external data warehouses to surface customer data.
• Support Einstein for Service features such as suggested responses and agent co‑pilot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user‑friendly experiences and optimized workflows.
• Maintain platform scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, cross‑cultural team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
