Salesforce Core Developer – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team as a Salesforce Core Developer. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and develop user stories within the current sprint.
• Collaborate with Functional Lead, Developer Lead/Manager and Technical Architect to clarify requirements and solution design.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Participate in release cycles to deploy new features and updates.
• Test application stability and functionality, troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Maintain security and integrity of the Salesforce environment.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to meet business needs.
• Produce technical documentation and recommend best‑practice solutions.
• Raise critical design issues to the Technical Architect.
• Attend Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate client and team needs.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and delivering quality outcomes.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
