Sales Trainer – Onboarding & Performance Development

About the role

The Sales Trainer will lead onboarding and continuous development initiatives for Home Credit Philippines' sales network. You will ensure that sales staff receive timely updates, coaching, and performance support to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training courses for new and existing sales personnel.
• Test sales force performance, analyze results and identify improvement areas.
• Initiate action plans to boost sales staff effectiveness.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and support quality control of sales performance.
• Develop and enhance training processes using e‑learning, video modules and other non‑traditional methods.

Required profile

• Experience conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis.
• Minimum 6 months experience in adult training, teaching or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities in English and Tagalog.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Publisher is a plus).
