Sales Trainer

About the role

The Sales Trainer will develop and deliver training programs that enhance the sales and customer service capabilities of our agents. You will work closely with recruitment, operations, and client teams to ensure new hires and existing staff receive effective, results‑driven coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate FST, PST, and Nesting classes for new hires.
• Conduct coaching sessions to identify skill and behavior gaps.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, and Operations to schedule and manage training cohorts.
• Prepare and submit post‑class reports, endorsing agents for progression.
• Document observations for each trainee and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver comprehensive training on customer service, sales techniques, and process knowledge.
• Partner with clients to conduct training needs analysis, design, and develop learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide operational support to close learning gaps impacting performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end training projects from concept through implementation and revision.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a trainer in a BPO environment, preferably handling sales campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in employee development or related functions.
• People‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.
