Sales Trader – Corporate & Commercial Distribution

About the role

The Sales Trader will manage the distribution of Treasury products, including Fixed Income (FI) and Foreign Exchange (FX), for corporate and commercial clients. Working closely with Treasury and other business units, the role ensures seamless execution of client transactions and maintains strong relationships with assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Trade Treasury products with clients, guaranteeing accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate with internal units to ensure smooth workflow of each transaction.
• Provide feedback to the Department/Segment Head on operational issues and propose solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to meet budgetary targets.
• Ensure all client dealings comply with authorized product scope, client suitability, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in a business‑related discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Treasury, sales, or related financial role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to guide client conversations toward successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with government and industry regulations affecting Treasury activities.
