Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage and develop our Inside Sales Representatives. In this role you will drive performance, coach the team, and support the growth of our B2B/SaaS business through outbound prospecting and strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives, conducting performance reviews and creating action plans.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and assist with deal closures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and sales escalations.
• Analyze sales performance data, provide insights, and implement process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with sales targets.

Required profile

• High school graduate with excellent spoken English and a neutral accent.
• Minimum 3 years of contact‑center experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of 5+ representatives against KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead high‑stakes calls, coach performance, and resolve conflicts.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced startup environment and capable of independent KPI analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
