About the role

The Sales Support Apprentice will assist the sales team in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the company’s sales objectives. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in quotation preparation, customer account management, and proactive identification of sales opportunities within the aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quotations for customers.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate records.
• Support timely collection of sales payments and act as a liaison between the company and its clients.
• Respond to customer calls and emails, analyse needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and front‑office activities to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the sales team.
