Sales Supervisor – Field

About the role

PMI is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead field sales activities from our Tuguegarao office. The role combines team leadership with hands‑on market engagement, ensuring sales targets are met while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a field sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Plan and execute sales routes and visits across the assigned territory.
• Negotiate and close deals using consultative selling techniques.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• At least 4‑5 years of supervisory experience in field sales.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of one year and ability to operate a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and people‑management skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales or marketing projects.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
