Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. The role involves frequent field visits, presenting our solutions, and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, networking and other sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their concerns promptly.
• Present and explain products and services to clients, preparing quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper delivery and customer support.
• Keep client and sales records up‑to‑date.
• Track competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of field/outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, reliable and strong at follow‑up.
• Results‑oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel at least 50 % of the time; valid driver’s licence preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor or industrial sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
