Sales Representative (Pharma)

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive growth of its pharmaceutical portfolio across Luzon. You will be the primary point of contact for retail pharmacies, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers and other key decision‑makers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity records in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Luzon.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
