About the role
MicroSourcing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro City on a night shift. You will engage warm leads, close sales and upsell services while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- Close sales and upsell additional services
- Build a strong rapport with customers
- Meet or exceed performance targets
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability
