About the role
MicroSourcing is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its Cagayan de Oro City office on a night‑shift schedule. You will engage warm leads, close sales, and promote additional services while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads.
- Close sales and upsell additional services.
- Build rapport quickly with customers.
Required profile
- Sales experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and empathy.
- Comfortable handling a high call volume.
- Preferably at least 6 months of sales experience.
