Sales Representative & Lead Generation Specialist (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role

CRIF is seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Lead Generation Specialist to join its global team. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and supporting the company’s growth across its credit risk and data‑analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation, outbound calls, and proposal conversion.
• Generate and qualify leads via prospecting, referrals, networking and other sales channels.
• Communicate product value propositions clearly to prospective clients.
• Prepare, present and explain sales proposals, ensuring client understanding of terms.
• Conduct follow‑ups to drive conversions and expedite document completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams on account‑related and administrative matters.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives to create new business opportunities.
• Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports to the Sales Leader.
• Analyze lead generation and conversion metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads with accurate, up‑to‑date information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service or a related role (open to fresh graduates).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate with minimal supervision.
