Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions and consistently exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, establishing a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assess customer requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions.
• Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collect and relay product feedback and market insights from client interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product knowledge.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and attend events outside regular office hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; 1‑3 years preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
