Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will act as the face of our brand, actively promoting our product portfolio to retail partners and end‑customers. This position requires a proactive approach to generating sales, nurturing existing relationships, and scouting new retail locations to broaden market coverage. Success in this role will directly contribute to the company’s growth objectives and overall brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company’s brand in all customer and partner interactions, ensuring a professional and consistent image.
• Drive product sales by presenting features, benefits, and pricing to retail outlets, aiming to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners, expanding the distribution network across targeted regions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.
• Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a scheduled basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate four‑wheeled vehicles for site visits and deliveries.
• Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations and attend occasional promotional events.
