Sales Representative – High-Volume Outbound Calls (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to conduct high‑volume outbound calls to CEOs, business owners and key decision‑makers. The role focuses on generating sales opportunities and moving prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce products and services and generate sales opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects, identify needs and communicate product value.
• Handle inquiries, objections and follow‑ups professionally to advance prospects.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with prospects who were unavailable or need more information.
• Research and gather key information about prospects and businesses.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect information, call outcomes and follow‑up activities.
• Update trackers and sales records to monitor calls, leads and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with the team regarding qualified leads and pending follow‑ups.
• Meet daily targets for calls, lead generation and sales activities.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with CEOs and decision‑makers.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, B2B sales or lead generation preferred.
• Strong persuasion, active listening and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Basic computer application skills.
