Sales Process Excellence Specialist

About the role

The Sales Process Excellence Specialist (SPES) will audit sales operations, business processes, and distributor compliance to ensure they meet company standards, operating procedures, and performance requirements. This role supports continuous improvement in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits on sales operations, distributor processes, and compliance with company standards and SOPs.
• Validate the accuracy of sales reports, productivity data, incentive calculations, and account master data.
• Perform business process audits and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operational reports and documentation.
• Identify performance gaps, compliance issues, and root causes; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare and submit audit reports, non‑conformance reports, and weekly activity reports within prescribed timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned distributor audits and achievement of audit performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales operations, sales audit, business process audit, process excellence, compliance, distributor management, or related roles.
• Experience conducting field audits, process reviews, compliance assessments, or operational audits in an FMCG, distribution, or sales‑driven environment is preferred.
