Sales & Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts in the Zamboanga region. The role involves managing strategic client relationships, delivering partner enablement sessions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned performance targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts within the assigned area.
• Manage strategic client relationships and identify opportunities for additional solutions.
• Support client onboarding, documentation, and post‑implementation requirements.
• Deliver partner enablement sessions while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Implement effective coverage and engagement plans for the territory.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development.
• Background in a regulated or technology‑enabled services environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and manage external partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Performance‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to be based in a provincial location (Zamboanga).
