About the role

The Sales & Partnerships role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts and managing strategic partner relationships in the Zamboanga region. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet performance targets and deliver partner enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned performance targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts within the assigned area.
• Manage strategic client relationships and identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions.
• Support client onboarding, documentation, and post‑implementation requirements.
• Deliver partner enablement sessions and ensure adherence to internal guidelines and standards.
• Implement effective coverage and engagement plans for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development.
• Background in a regulated or technology‑enabled services environment (advantage).
• Proven ability to acquire new business and manage external partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Performance‑oriented, adaptable and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to be based in Zamboanga.
