About the role

The Sales Operations/Support Assistant will help streamline sales processes in a fast‑moving finance environment. You will be responsible for handling lease and loan bookings, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing timely reports to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track lease and loan bookings from initiation to completion.
• Prepare, organize, and file all related sales documentation.
• Generate regular operational reports for sales and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity within sales management systems.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication skills for internal coordination.
• Basic understanding of finance or leasing processes is a plus.
