Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant (Appointment Setter & Sales Support)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results‑driven Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant to support our growing Wholesale Payments and T‑Mobile Business operations. The role blends appointment setting, sales support, CRM management, and general administrative tasks, offering a great chance to work directly with business owners and help generate new revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners, follow up via phone, email and SMS, and schedule qualified appointments.
• Confirm appointments, reduce no‑shows, and re‑engage previous prospects.
• Pre‑qualify prospective clients, collect merchant statements and business information, and assist with merchant account applications.
• Organize customer documentation, prepare proposals and sales materials, and follow up after meetings.
• Update and maintain CRM records, perform accurate data entry, build prospect lists, and maintain sales spreadsheets and reports.
• Manage calendars, organize customer files, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week.
• Ability to make 80–100 outbound calls and send 50+ follow‑up emails or texts daily.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with business owners and clients.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base pay of $3.50 USD per hour.
• $10 USD for each qualified appointment that attends the scheduled meeting.
• $25 USD for every merchant account successfully closed and funded.
• Performance review after 90 days with the opportunity for an hourly rate increase based on performance.
