Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Manila. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline to drive growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to present service offerings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and market expansion.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline.
• Background in channel sales or partnership management is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills, attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Manila and engaging directly with clients.
• Relevant experience in services or facilities‑management sectors is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
