Sales Manager – Lead & Grow Inside Sales Team

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales Representatives, drive revenue growth, and model best‑practice sales techniques. The role combines hands‑on selling, team coaching, and close collaboration with Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed revenue targets, generating new business and closing deals.
• Coach, motivate, and manage Inside Sales Representatives through 1:1s, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths; create personalized growth plans for career progression.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM data integrity.
• Streamline sales processes for efficiency, monitor metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and design training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent; ability to lead and close complex sales calls.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
• 2+ years in a managerial role with direct ownership of revenue targets.
• Proven track record in coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
• Strategic thinker with experience scaling sales teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Experience launching or scaling new accounts, campaigns, or operational processes.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM reporting tools.
