Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team, drive revenue growth and ensure seamless alignment with Marketing and Operations. The role involves hands‑on coaching, pipeline management and delivering performance insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed revenue targets, generating new business and closing deals.
• Coach, mentor and conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and conflict resolution for Inside Sales Representatives.
• Set clear goals, KPIs and personalized development plans for each team member.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast pipelines and monitor metrics for trends, opportunities and risks.
• Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability, and provide regular performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to design training initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required, or High School diploma with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• 5+ years B2B/SaaS contact‑center experience and 3+ years in a managerial role with direct revenue ownership.
• Proven ability to handle high‑value sales calls end‑to‑end and coach others to do the same.
• Track record of scaling sales teams in fast‑growth environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM reporting tools and pipeline data analysis.
