Sales Information Analyst

About the role
The Sales Information Analyst gathers and analyses sales data to uncover market trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with sales, marketing and finance teams to drive data‑driven performance improvements and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports and insights to support market trend forecasting and strategy development.
- Monitor sales KPIs and performance.
- Provide recommendations to optimise sales and improve business outcomes.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive data‑driven decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in sales, retail, general sales or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Power BI
- Familiarity with sales management tools or CRM systems
