About the role

The Sales Fulfilment Coordinator will support the Sales Fulfilment Services team by handling administrative and operational tasks that keep sales processes running smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the sales fulfilment team.
• Assist in coordinating operational activities that affect the sales fulfilment workflow.
• Help ensure that all sales‑related processes are executed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain documentation and records associated with sales fulfilment activities.
• Monitor the status of ongoing fulfilment tasks and report any delays.

Required profile

• Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City.
• Basic ability to perform administrative and operational support functions.
• Available to work full‑time during standard business hours.
