Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by managing a defined territory, engaging with existing and prospective clients, and consistently meeting sales targets. This role combines front‑line client interaction with strategic planning to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and close deals within the assigned territory.
• Present and sell company products to both existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a sales journal, log client interactions, and prepare quotations.
• Update customer profiles and submit regular CRM reports.
• Conduct regular client visits to build strong relationships and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales administration to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and basic marketing knowledge.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fast learner, quick thinker, and adaptable to a competitive environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for field work.
