Sales Executive

About the role

DBC Philippines is expanding its outbound sales team and is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to work remotely while supporting Australian business hours. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule with weekends off and the opportunity to contribute to a growing call‑centre operation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in Australia, presenting products and services.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining high call quality standards.
• Update CRM records accurately after each interaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine sales scripts and strategies.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently from a home office during Australian business hours.
• Reliability and punctuality, especially for fixed weekend days off.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, web browsers).
• Experience using CRM or call‑centre software is a plus.
