Sales Development Representative – Remote (Quezon City)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives, targeting SMB and enterprise customers in the building, architecture, and interior design sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new SMB and enterprise accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Nurture relationships with potential customers, qualify leads, and hand them over to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and meet KPI targets.
• Continuously improve outreach techniques based on performance metrics and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role within a software or technology company.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and generating qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C‑level and decision‑maker stakeholders.
• High energy, resilience to rejection, and a proactive, growth‑mindset attitude.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of outreach activities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales engagement platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
