Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for our clients. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, engaging decision‑makers, and scheduling meetings that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B cold calls to decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Research companies, industries, and individual prospects before and during outreach.
• Identify potential business challenges and uncover areas where our clients can provide value.
• Use PRECISE Selling frameworks to engage prospects and handle objections.
• Ask thoughtful discovery questions rather than simply reading a script.
• Qualify prospects based on need, relevance, timing, and authority.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to improve meeting show rates.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM and sales tools.
• Consistently meet activity and performance expectations.
• Participate in coaching sessions, role‑plays, call reviews, and team huddles.
• Continuously improve communication, questioning, objection handling, and overall sales execution.
