Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to fuel our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and arranging meetings with key industry professionals such as contractors, builders, interior designers, and architects. This remote position focuses on online prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email, industry directories, and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Initiate contact via email, messaging, and calls, presenting a brief introduction of our company and services.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and schedule meetings for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently to nurture prospect relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (SDR/BDR role).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable working remotely.
