Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a SaaS company that sells to the US market. This front‑line outbound position owns the top of the funnel, generating qualified pipeline through high‑volume cold outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to US prospects.
• Research and qualify accounts, identify decision‑makers, and build targeted call lists.
• Open conversations, handle objections in real time, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, and LinkedIn until a clear yes or no is obtained.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly call, conversation, and meeting‑booked targets.
• Provide field feedback to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting.

Required profile

• Proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of selling software or subscription products.
• Direct experience selling into the US market and familiarity with US business culture.
• Substantial cold‑calling experience with measurable metrics (dials per day, connect rate, meetings booked).
• Comfort reaching decision‑makers such as founders, C‑level executives, VPs, and directors.
• Clear, confident, neutral‑accent English (spoken and written).
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain productivity.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet workspace, a good headset, and a backup power solution.
• Ability to work full US Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Experience using dialers or sales engagement tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,000–$1,500 USD per month plus commission.
• Full‑time remote work with flexible schedule aligned to EST business hours.
