Sales & Customer Success Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales & Customer Success Representative to manage the full sales cycle remotely. The role combines prospecting, deal closing and post‑sale invoicing while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing and invoicing.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling and timely follow‑ups.
• Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Strong background in B2B sales, business development, lead generation or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence in outbound sales calls, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
