About the role
Lightspeed is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its Manila team on a permanent work‑from‑home basis. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborating with the North‑American retail go‑to‑market team, you will support daily sales operations and help ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hardware forecasts to minimise stock outages and back‑orders.
- Enter sales data and submit supporting documentation for relevant teams.
- Monitor application lifecycles and coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful merchant onboarding.
- Update existing accounts with changes to addresses, banking information, and ownership.
- Assist leadership with occasional administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
- Create launch cases and ensure payments are processed correctly.
- Contribute to broader team objectives beyond the strict scope of the role.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced administrative or customer‑service environment.
- Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a retail setting.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
