Sales Assistant (B2B) – Remote

About the role

As a Sales Assistant you will work side‑by‑side with the Business Development Manager to keep the European sales pipeline full and moving. You will be the engine behind prospect outreach, ensuring that every lead is nurtured and ready for the BDM to close.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build lead lists of target companies and decision‑makers across European markets.
• Run multi‑channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and other tools on behalf of the BDM.
• Book discovery and introductory calls for the Business Development Manager.
• Maintain the CRM: log activities, track lead status and keep the pipeline clean.
• Follow up with unresponsive prospects, re‑engage cold leads and ensure consistent touchpoints.
• Prepare outreach scripts, templates and materials in collaboration with the BDM and marketing.
• Monitor outreach performance, flag patterns and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate calendars and schedule logistics across time zones.
• Support the BDM with pre‑call research on companies and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, lead generation, SDR or virtual assistant roles (B2B experience a plus).
• Excellent written English for high‑quality outreach.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting aligned with European business hours.
• Interest in sales, business development or the outsourcing industry.
